How To Begin Service
To obtain service, call to set up a free initial meeting. During the meeting, we ask about the services desired. Patients selecting our employee-based service also receive a free assessment, free home-safety inspection, and free fall-risk assessment. The meeting generally lasts an hour or a little longer. We leave behind a folder containing a services agreement (and other paperwork). After reading and signing the documents (which can cancelled at any time), we can begin serving the patient.

Business hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. The company is open 24 hours to serve the needs of all clients, their families, and medical personnel.
